Tested on court

Puma MB.05 performance

Compare with other models
Traction4.0/5

Good grip on indoor courts, even slightly dusty ones, after a short break-in period. Wiping the outsole improves performance further.

Cushioning4.0/5

Soft, plush ride with decent impact protection and a responsive forefoot, a clear step up from earlier MB models.

Support4.0/5

Molded heel counter and internal torsion support give a secure heel lock and solid lateral stability, even though the crisscross straps are mostly decorative.

Description

Puma MB.05 Basketball Shoe

LaMelo Ball’s latest signature drop, MB.05 Crowd Surf, is fueled by his rockstar status and the fans who ride with him. This drop is for the ones who bring the noise, whether they’re in the stands or lacing up themselves. Dressed in a bold red tie-dye upper, the Crowd Surf is unmissable with sculpted overlays, moulded barbed wire details, and Melo’s signature touches throughout – from the gold wing straps on the heel to the moulded “1” and skull on the outsole.
