How can I return products?
 

Step1: Log in to your account, click on the order containing the product(s) designated for return

Step2: Select the product(s) designated for return

Step3: Confirm the return. You will receive an email containing the return form. This form has to be added to the return.

If you are returning the product under warranty, follow the same steps, just make sure you select the “defective” option.

 

WARNING: Products you purchased online can NOT be exchanged in any of our stores without requesting the return online beforehand.
The amount spent on your order will be reimbursed the same way you payed.
The shipping cost of returning product(s) is solely the customer’s responsibility.
Please keep in mind that processing and reimbursing your return can take up to 3 to 5 business days.

In most cases, purchases made via Bouncewear.com can be returned for any reason within 14 days after delivery of the product(s).

 

EXCHANGING THE WRONG STYLE/WRONG SIZE/WRONG COLOR
If you want to exchange your product for a different style, color or size, you can utilize the return option, and re-order the new product of your choosing.

 

DEFECTIVE PRODUCT/PRODUCT CONTAINING MANUFACTURING ERROR
Bouncewear is committed to each and every product we sell.
If the product you order contains a manufacturing error, or is damaged, it can be returned under warranty.
