BOUNCEclub Membership Program
1. Membership Eligibility
1.1 Membership in the Bouncewear Loyalty Program is open to individuals who are at least 18 years old.
1.2 By enrolling in the program, members agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions.
1.3 Membership is free, and no purchase is necessary to join.
1.4 Bouncewear reserves the right to investigate accounts and terminate memberships that are suspected of being used for resale purposes or any other unallowed activity.
2. Earning Points
2.1 Members earn 3 points for every euro spent on qualifying purchases made online at Bouncewear.
2.2 Points are earned on the net purchase amount after discounts and before taxes and shipping charges.
2.3 Points may not be earned on purchases made with previously redeemed points.
3. Redeeming Points
3.1 Points can be redeemed for discounts on future purchases, exclusive products, limited edition releases, and special event access as specified on the Bouncewear website.
3.2 Points can only be redeemed online by selecting the option to use points during the checkout process.
3.3 Points have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for cash.
4. Points Expiration
4.1 Points are valid for 12 months from the date they are earned.
4.2 Members will be notified via email before points expire.
5. Returns and Exchanges
5.1 If a product purchased with points is returned, the points earned from that purchase will be deducted from the member's account.
5.2 If points were used to make the purchase, those points will be refunded to the member's account.
6. Account Management
6.1 Members are responsible for maintaining accurate and updated personal information in their loyalty account.
6.2 Bouncewear is not responsible for any issues or delays caused by incorrect or outdated account information.
7. Membership Termination
7.1 Bouncewear reserves the right to terminate any membership if it determines that the member has violated these Terms and Conditions, engaged in fraudulent activity, acted in a manner detrimental to the program or other members, or is using the program for resale purposes.
7.2 Upon termination, all points accumulated in the member's account will be forfeited.
8. Modification of Terms
8.1 Bouncewear reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time.
8.2 Members will be notified of significant changes to the program via email or through the Bouncewear website.
9. Privacy Policy
9.1 The collection and use of personal information in connection with the Bouncewear Loyalty Program are governed by Bouncewear's Privacy Policy, which can be found on our website.
10. Limitation of Liability
10.1 Bouncewear and its affiliates, partners, and agents make no warranties, express or implied, with respect to the loyalty program or any products or services related to the program.
10.2 By participating in the program, members agree to release Bouncewear from any and all liability, including, but not limited to, claims, demands, or damages arising out of or in any way connected with the loyalty program.
11. Governing Law
11.1 These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the country in which Bouncewear operates.
11.2 Any disputes arising from or related to the Bouncewear Loyalty Program shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that country.

Bouncewear Referral Program
1. Eligibility:
The Bouncewear Referral Program is open to all customers with a valid Bouncewear account. Referrers must have previously made a purchase to participate.
2. How it Works:
To refer a friend, customers must share their unique referral link or code with the referred friend. The referred friend must use the referral link or code when making their first purchase.The referred friend receives a €10 discount on their first order of performance footwear.
3. Referrer Reward:
After the referred friend successfully completes their first purchase using the referral link or code, the referrer will receive a €10 discount code for their next purchase. The reward will be sent via email to the referrer within 7 days of the referred friend's purchase confirmation.
4. Usage of Discount Codes:
Both the referrer and referred friend must apply their discount code during checkout. The discount codes are valid for one-time use only and can be applied to performance footwear or any other eligible products. Discounts cannot be combined with other promotions, sales, or discount offers unless otherwise specified.
5. Expiration:
Referral discount codes must be used within 7 days from the date of issue. Bouncewear reserves the right to modify or end the Referral Program at any time.
6. Minimum Spend Requirement:
The referred friend’s first purchase must meet the minimum order value of €100 for the referrer to receive their €10 discount reward.
7. Fraud or Abuse:
Bouncewear reserves the right to investigate any suspicious referral activities and may revoke discount codes if fraud, abuse, or misuse of the referral program is detected.
8. Refunds and Returns:
If the referred friend returns their order or the order is canceled, the referrer’s reward will be voided. If a referrer uses their discount code and subsequently returns their order, the value of the discount may be deducted from the refund.
